With our final payment, Lee and I want to thank you for the most wonderful renovation experience with Abrams Design Build LLC. We cannot express enough our satisfaction with each step of the renovation process from the start to finish.

Beginning on day one of the initial "visioning" with you about our wish list for the kitchen, we felt you listened and designed the perfect plan for us. We loved having a budget outlined for us that included allowances which helped keep us within our means and targeted expenses. Your timely response to questions, concerns, or any of our new ideas helped to maintain an excellent client/contractor relationship.

We are extremely pleased that the timeline outline in the contract was met with probably a week or so sooner than expected. We applaud the excellent crew of workers on your team working on-site on the external and internal renovations. They came early each day, worked hard, and at the end of the day our external property was neat and tidy in spite of a major renovation underway. Internally, the same care and attention was paid to covering doorways to minimize dust throughout the rest of the house. Many of our neighbors commented about being unaware of a renovation underway because our property was never left in disarray to cause them any concern about an eyesore in the neighborhood.

We hope that our renovation process will interest other neighbors or those driving by noticing your sign during the renovation to contact you for a renovation consultation. Please feel free to use us as references when necessary.
